Paul Greaney KC , lead counsel to the Manchester Arena Bombing Inquiry, assisted by Nicholas de la Poer KC will attend the publication of the second report today in Manchester.
The long-awaited report will delve into the response of the emergency services following the 2017 Manchester Arena terror attack.
The second volume will be released to survivors and families of the victims, before being made available to the public, and will examine the role of emergency services that night.
Robert Smith KC assisted by Danielle Gilmour will appear on behalf of the North West Fire Control.
Both Mr Greaney KC and Mr de la Poer KC are instructed by Tim Suter from Field Fisher.
