Paul Greaney KC represents the Royal Military Police at the Independent Inquiry Relating to Afghanistan

This Inquiry is investigating alleged extra judicial killings by British armed forces in Afghanistan between 2010 and 2013. It will consider whether investigations carried out by the Royal Military Police were promptly and effectively conducted. Paul Greaney KC represents the Royal Military Police, leading John Goss of 5 Essex Court. A hearing before the Chairman, Haddon-Cave LJ, took place on 5th and 6th July 2023 to consider applications, including on behalf of the RMP, for restriction orders
