Samuel Green at Leeds Crown Court

Samuel Green today attended on the sentence of James Johnson, the driver of a minibus in the M62 hen party crash which caused the death of one woman and injured several others.

Mr Johnson pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving at an earlier hearing.
