Chloe Fairley represented a 90 year old man accused of indecent assault of a boy of 10 at a residential approved school between 1958 and 1961. He was found not guilty after an 8 day trial at Nottingham Crown Court. As a result of the defendants age, the case attracted significant local and national interest.
