New Park Court has a long standing history of undertaking regulatory work. Members of chambers have, historically, regularly been instructed in many fields of regulatory work such as health and safety, environmental law and professional discipline.
Chambers has built on this and the expertise and experience of our members has been used to service the needs of an expanding client base over many different areas of work.
Our barristers regularly appear in Police Discipline cases as well as before the General Medical Council and the General Dental Council, as well as Nursing and Midwifery Council.
Our members also regularly appear in Fitness to Practise Cases in the General Medical Council. As you can see from the profiles below the members of our team have a vast and varied breadth of experience over many years and many different disciplines. Chambers recognise and appreciate the enormous stresses that appearing before a professional body can place on an individual be they a Police Officer, Nurse, Dentist or Doctor and the need for sensitivity in this difficult area whether Prosecuting or Defending. Client care is an important part of any working relationship and our barristers and clerks are always willing to help in any we can.
New Park Court ‘has a solid track record in handling a wide range of health and safety work, and is highly regarded for acting in environmental matters.’
